1. Agreement

By creating an account, browsing the catalog, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of use and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Codychat Store is a digital marketplace for CodyChat-related products. These terms apply to operators, developers, and customers who buy or manage licenses through this store.

2. Products

The catalog may include:

• Addons — modules that extend CodyChat features such as productivity, moderation, monetization, and community tools.
• Themes — visual packages for the chat interface and related branding.
• Login pages — templates for storefront and authentication presentation.
• Custom code — tailored CodyChat components for specific business requirements.
• Hosting — hosting or full-chat packages offered for a faster launch path.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change. A listing is an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer until checkout is completed and payment is confirmed.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including purchases, domain assignment, and license use.

We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, unpaid chargebacks, or repeated violations of these terms.

4. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in the catalog and confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed by the payment provider configured for this store. You authorize us to charge the selected method for the order total.

A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed. Digital products are then linked to your account for download and license management.

5. Licenses and domain use

Unless a product states otherwise, each purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product on the domain you assign in My Account.

• License keys become available after you set the product domain.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share product files or keys except as expressly allowed.
• Hosting packages, where offered, are subject to the usage limits and service terms described on the product page.

Unauthorized copying, nulled distribution, or use on unlicensed domains is a material breach of these terms.

6. Delivery

Digital goods are delivered through your account after successful payment. You can download files, assign domains, and copy license keys from My Account. It is your responsibility to keep copies of files you download and to install them on a compatible CodyChat environment.

7. Refunds

Because addons, themes, login pages, custom code, and similar items are digital and delivered immediately, sales are generally final once files or license keys have been issued.

Refund requests may be considered, at our discretion, for duplicate charges, confirmed payment errors, or a product that cannot be delivered as described. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store or purchased products to:

• Infringe intellectual property or license restrictions;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the store, other accounts, or customer data;
• Interfere with store operations, payments, or licensing;
• Misrepresent purchases, domains, or license ownership.

9. Support

Purchase-related support is handled through your account so tickets stay linked to the correct product and license. Support covers delivery, licensing, and documented product use. It does not include unlimited custom development unless a product listing says otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

The store name, catalog, and product files remain the property of Codychat Store or the respective developers. Your license is a right to use, not a transfer of ownership.

11. Limitation of liability

Products are provided for business use on a compatible CodyChat installation. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or fitness for every environment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codychat Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, downtime, or data loss arising from use of the store or purchased products.

Our total liability for a claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect new products, licensing rules, or legal requirements. The revised terms apply from the date posted on this page. Continued use of the store after an update constitutes acceptance.
